We are seeking a proactive, organized, people-loving account manager to join our team and provide superb client service to our main Posture portfolio. Our clients come from a variety of industry backgrounds, so our account manager is someone who thrives on managing a multitude of personalities on a daily basis. Not a fan of inefficient workflows and mundane tasks? Great, neither are we. If you are the upbeat, radiant client advocate that our clients need, this position may be for you.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of client relationship management experience
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, Monday, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Advocate and anticipate needs of each client you manage
- Onboard clients and communicate our process and strategies to them on a regular basis
- Conduct monthly reporting calls with clients to clearly articulate their campaign progress and suggest changes that will help reach their goals
- Input tasks and updates into task management software so that our team can stay on top of each client’s needs and updates
- Assist clients with updates, renewals, tech questions, and general troubleshooting
- Work with clients to explore product upgrades that enhance their experience with us
- Identify key areas of our client process where workflow and efficiency can be improved
