Marketing Coordinator


Posture Interactive is seeking a detail-oriented and word-obsessed creative individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for digital content planning, execution, and reporting. The ideal addition to our team is someone who is motivated to push boundaries and explore new strategies to develop scroll-stopping content for the Posture brand and a variety of our clients. The Marketing Coordinator should have an eye for analytics and thrive on goal setting, tracking, strategizing, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience with budgeting and placing ads on social media. This role will work directly with clients to identify their content goals, develop a written plan, and report progress. 

As part of the Posture crew, this individual is expected to think on their feet and present themselves as a superior written and verbal communicator. Project management and direct client interaction is a big part of this role and requires time-management and deadline-driven organization skills.

Required Skills

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Copywriting experience for websites, SEO, and social media
  • Extensive knowledge of social media trends and paid campaign placement on Facebook and Instagram
  • A basic understanding of social media and website metrics, analytics, and search engine optimization with an interest in further developing this knowledge. 
  • A creative mindset for generating unique content strategies
  • Motivated self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
