We are looking for an organized, creative, and experienced videographer to work with our creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to client briefs. Applicants should be well versed in best practices for web and social media video content. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years experience as a video editor or similar role and will be expected to work in a timely manner shooting and editing creative products.
Responsibilities:
- Film videos on set or on location
- Comfortable interacting with talent and clients while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ensure that audio and video equipment for a shoot is present and working, with a mindset of redundancy for troubleshooting.
- Edit footage in post-production, and manage footage/data storage.
- Comfortable operating in a livestreaming environment on set or on location with an understanding of best practices.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or similar degree/equivalent work experience
- Proficient in video editing and motion graphics software including: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge in keying and compositing
- Great interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Can work flexible hours including nights and weekends (when required)
- Creative curiosity and a desire to continuously advance skills and knowledge of industry standards
